  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    • In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, oil, garlic, ginger, cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well.
    • Add the chicken thighs and ensure they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Preheat and Prepare:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place a wire rack over it.
