  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Chicken: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
