- 4 bone-in pork chops (1 to 1.5 inches thick)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions
- Prepare the Pork Chops: Start by creating a pocket in each pork chop. Carefully make a horizontal cut in the side of each pork chop, slicing almost to the bone, but leaving the sides intact to form a pocket.
- Make the Stuffing: In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, cranberries, walnuts, and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper, and mix until well combined.
- Stuff the Pork Chops: Spoon the stuffing mixture into each pork chop pocket. Secure the opening with toothpicks to keep the stuffing inside while cooking.
- Season: Brush each stuffed pork chop with olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Grill the Pork Chops: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 7-10 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Rest the Meat: Once cooked, transfer the pork chops to a plate and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
